Ensure compliance with regulatory rules. Prepare and send acceptance letters to contra firms. Track transfer status and follow up on requests. Work with call center to ensure understanding of transfer requirements. Maintain Company Information list. Track, enter, and manage Cost Basis information. Process daily investments and ACHs/wires. Log and audit daily holds and returns. Complete research and service requests. Update Standard Operating Procedures.
