Administrative Assistant/Loan Processor

Job Function:

• Prepares closing documents and fund commercial loans according to guidelines.
• Ensures that outstanding required documents are tracked, monitored and followed up on in a timely manner.
• Process loan renewal/modification requests to existing loans.
• Prepare payoff requests.
• Maintain records by ensuring that loan files are completed.
• Maintain friendly and professional customer interactions.
• Create, prepare and produce reports and spreadsheets for owners and clients.
• Reconcile bank accounts.
• Monitor, report and collect on past due accounts.
• Accurately process transactions and assist with any customer service needs.
• Compose and draft outgoing correspondence.
• Receive & process loan payments.
• Process monthly automatic payments.
• Create and process ACH file with banking system.
• Conduct online banking transaction.
• Track and prepare necessary correspondence for insurance and payment of property taxes on properties.
• Perform general office duties like filing and typing.
• Perform other duties as directed by owners.

Skills required :

• Must be able to communicate effectively and should possess good writing and math abilities.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment and be competent in the operation of a computer terminal and software required to perform job duties.
• Must be able to work accurately.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Must be proficient using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Must have ability to use a 10-key

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
