Post review of all applicable regulations for commercial purpose loans
Post review of BancFirst loan policy and procedures for commercial purpose loans
Post review of collateral perfection requirements for commercial purpose loans
Review all commercial purpose loans for proper authority
Identify and track technical exceptions on loans
Identify and track insurance coverage on loans

REQUIREMENTS
High School Graduate or High School equivalency
Knowledge of Consumer loan documentation
Knowledge of loan policy and procedures
Knowledge of Consumer real estate transactions
Knowledge of Consumer loan related regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Critical thinking skills
Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks
Ability to perform in a highly sensitive environment and deal with confidential matters
Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor
Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality

Decision Pro/Laser Pro experience
