Loan Servicing Representative

Job description/Full-time:

Prior experience in loan documentation preparation, review, filing, and audit is strongly preferred, as is prior experience with banking systems, regulations, and compliance. This is a "career track," long-term position, with training that can take years to complete and master, with strong advancement potential in position and pay, based on experience and performance. Applicants must be proficient in both oral and written communication, must be very attentive to detail, must have strong spreadsheet skills, and must be very computer literate. Preference will be given if applicant has experience with NuPoint, ComplianceOne, Word, Xcel, Outlook, bank compliance training, and loan documentation. The final pay scale will be based on related education, experience and performance. Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
