    JOB STATUS: FULL TIME

    SUMMARY:
    Perform all duties and responsibilities associated with servicing loans in the bank’s portfolio.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Book all types of Consumer and Commercial loans.
    • Process requests for loan payoffs and purge closed loan files.
    • Scan loan documentation.
    • Release collateral on paid off loans
    • Process insurance and tax payments through loan escrow accounts.
    • Fund disbursement draws during construction/remodel phase.
    • Prepare loan inspection documentation.
    • Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to branches and customers when contacted via phone or email.
    • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, The Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior banking experience is preferred, but will train the right person for the job.
    • Ability to multi-task and handle complex tasks efficiently.
    • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work within and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Skilled use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks software a plus.
