Job Description: Our ideal candidate would be an extremely detail-oriented, administratively acute, energetic, and positive individual thriving in a fast-paced environment where taking ownership is encouraged. Loan Servicing at Capstone is a balance of a variety of administrative processes that require a detailed understanding of many complex accounts and their timely management as well as the highest level of customer communication both written and verbal.
This, combined with a solid understanding of a broad range of real estate related functions, they would enjoy the dynamic nature of this business and dive in to learn the specific applications within Capstone. This candidate, entering at a ground level of a growing company would take ownership and constantly review and assess the functions of the business and make improvements to both external and internal aspects of the process.
This position, although training with the Servicing Manager and others, would take a lead role in managing the accounts on a daily basis and utilize tools, processes, and personal techniques to provide all key stakeholders with accurate and timely information. A background or history in loan servicing and some real estate will be relevant to the responsibilities of this position.

Compensation: TBD (depending on experience)
