Supports the creation and maintenance of localization test specifications and scripts for automating localization testing. Being a Localization Engineer, Sr tests localized products according to test specifications. Identifies, prioritizes and fixes localization bugs according to established procedures. Additionally, Localization Engineer, Sr applies working knowledge of networks, operating systems, hardware, software, and testing/production environments in performing work assignments. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Localization Engineer, Sr work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Job Details: 1. Develop and implement innovative control system designs to improve production efficiency and product quality. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to control systems. 3. Program, configure and commission PLCs, Robots, Vision Systems, and other automation controllers. 4. Provide technical leadership in the integration of control systems and automation. 5. Develop and implement project plans, manage project resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controls Engineer or a similar role. 2. Proficient in PLC Programming, System Integration, Robotics, and Troubleshooting. 3. Experience with Vision Systems such as Cognex, Keyence, and/or Omron. 4. Expertise in controls automation, automation integration, and commissioning. 5. Strong project management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
