Lockbox Manager manages, coordinates and oversees all aspects of the company's lockbox operations. Coordinates and monitors daily operations in the mail room and money transfer. Being a Lockbox Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager. The Lockbox Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Position: Lockbox Rapid Extractor
Schedule: Approximately 30-40 hours per week. 8:30AM - leave. Monday - Friday
Duration: Through September
Lighthouse Payment Services is looking for qualified individuals to assist with our daily high speed mail opening process
Responsibilities:
- Prepare envelopes and extract envelope contents via automated mail opening workstation
- Validate and sort remittance docs for high speed scanning based upon customer-specific procedures
- Identify and document any unprocessable remittance for return to customer
- Process and document non-standard envelopes and return receipts
- Daily emptying of workstation paper waste into an on-site paper shredding bin
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Excellent coordination and dexterity
- Strong organizational skills
- Maintain extreme attention to detail with highly repetitive tasks
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
