DUTIES

*Answer phones/ Dispatch calls to drivers

*Accurate data entry for calls in towing software, track and update at all times

*Communicate with the customers on any status requests, changes, or delays.

*Process payments for all customers

*Determine driver assignment based on nearest available driver and required equipment.

*Gain knowledge of construction equipment specifications

*Assist customers in person that come into the office for assistance

REQUIREMENTS

*Must be able to multi-task

*Outstanding organizational and time management skills

*Critical thinker and problem solving skills

*Self-motivated

*Team Player

*Strong verbal communication skills that demonstrates excellent customer service

*Must have computer skills: MS Word, Internet Software, Email communication, Mapping and GPS

*Must be able to work other shifts to fill in during illness and vacation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
