Drayage Logistics Coordinator
As a Drayage Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day intermodal operations as well as general freight. Includes dispatching all trucks for a minimum of 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and Saturday and Sunday is as needed.

What the Job Entails:
Communicate/negotiate with shipping companies to develop, enhance partnerships and establish rates.
Manage all loads from start to finish. (Booking loads monitoring, drivers movement, preparing proper payment documents, etc.)
After-hour availability via phone.
Detailed and accuracy oriented.
Ability to proactively address issues as they occur.
What We Are Looking For:
Basic transportation experience with containers, trailers, flatbed, etc.
Basic understanding of Customs documentation requirements.
Superior customer service skills.
Excellent computer competency:
At least 2 years of experience with drayage (Ports of America Chesapeake, Port TMS, eModel, port terminology) .
Problem resolution skills, detail-oriented, and a high level of multi-tasking skills are a must. Be able to remain professional if under pressure.
Possess professional phone mannerisms.
Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible.
Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun.

What We Offer:
A percentage of every load you complete.
2% with minimum requirements will afford you $4,000-$6,000 pay, per month.

This is a full-time permanent position: In office, Monday to Friday and on call, Saturday and Sunday. Training provided onsite.
