```Job Summary```

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks and ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and possess excellent attention to detail.

```Responsibilities```

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

- Assist with month-end closings

- Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis

- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of internal controls

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies

- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices

```Skills```

- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, including double-entry bookkeeping,

- Proficiency in using accounting software, quickbooks and excel

- Experience with tax preparation and reporting is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
