You will ensure accuracy in the registration and filing of all documents (e.g. traffic, criminal, family, civil court). Our Deputy Clerk's responsibilities include preparing documents for the public, issuing legal documents and answering correspondence related to their specialty. As an employee in this role, you should be organized, vigilant and analytical with great attention to detail. As keeper of the court records, the goal is to help the courts function efficiently by filing the proper documents and performing your duties using technology efficiently.
