Peraton is seeking a Logistics Site Lead to support a U.S. Government Customer on-site at Fort Shafter, Honolulu, HI. In this role, the Logistics Site Lead will apply adaptive/deliberate planning procedures and techniques to logistics, deployment, mobility, and distribution planning. The candidate will serve as the primary POC for logistics and logistics operations activities; and ensure that logistics activities are fully integrated with other tasks on this contract. The Logistics Site Lead shall confer with program leaders to maintain an overall understanding of logistics requirements and program environment.
Basic Qualifications:
· Active TS with SCI eligibility
· 15 years of experience, with a minimum of five years of experience managing a program similar in complexity to the requirements of this posting. (BS 12-15, MS 10-13, Phd 10 )
· Minimum of bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a management or security-related field
· At least five years of experience as commander or primary staff managing Army logistics as a field-grade staff officer at the maneuver Brigade Combat Team level or higher
· Experience planning, preparing, and participating theater level logistics operations
· At least five years of relevant experience managing projects that are similar in size and scope
· Intermediate or higher-level professional military education (e.g., Service Staff College)
Preferred Qualifications:
· Recent experience (within the last ten years) working at or above the ASCC/MAJCOM or equivalent level
· Experience within the last 5 years focused on exercises, training, and curriculum development
· Experience planning, organizing, and leading operational activities and preparing recommendations for senior-level leaders
· Former J7/G7 Exercises @ ASCC level or higher; Former Army CTC observer-controller
· Combined Logistics Battalion level command experience
