Job Purpose: Maintain excellent client relations, understand and identify client needs; working internally to provide client solutions; analyze data; set objectives, monitor and track progress implementation projects; work internally across departments to bring about efficient and effective completion; maintain close communications with clients, preparing brief reports.

Responsibilities:

· Communicate with clients on a regular, established basis

· Maintain relationships with current clients

· Assist the Company in creating remarkable experiences for our clients

· Operate in an organized fashion in and out of the office

· Consult with clients to understand their needs and communicate the solutions the
Company can provide

· Work with clients to assist with documents preparation, replies to regulatory bodies, orders and audit, developing critical paths to completion of projects, special projects including construction oriented jobs, etc.

· Keep and organize detailed notes on client facilities

· Oversee and evaluate data collection and facility record keeping

· Participate in project manager meetings

· Provide leadership role in projects

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Recognize and act on opportunities to provide value and services to clients

· Represent the company at industry conferences

· Develop relationships with prospective clients

Must be able to perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

• Science related background preferred, biology, chemistry, environmental science, math
• Two-years experience in project management, regulatory compliance or related position
• Must be able to communicate at a high level with clients and other staff members
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Must have valid drivers license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $24.09 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
