We are looking for a reliable Office Manager to manage our administrative staff. They will undertake various administrative tasks consisting of both daily and as-needed or requested duties. These duties include but are not limited to motivating administrative team to effectively meet and exceed goals; answering and placing phone calls; emails; assisting customers, technicians and other managers; and light bookkeeping.
The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently with little supervision to complete tasks in a timely manner while also possessing the ability to manage and work as part of a team. They will be self-motivated, trustworthy, honest and promote smooth running of the front office. Candidate must be available to work full-time Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. We are a non-smoking company to include vaping. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Applicant must have prior office or pest control experience.
