Job Description:

As a Pest Control Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and securing service agreements to maintain and expand our client base in the Jacksonville area. No prior experience is required for this seasonal position.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce our services and generate leads.
• Perform thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries professionally.
• Close sales and secure service agreements to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage routes and schedules efficiently to optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service calls and resolution of customer issues.
• Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
