LOSS PREVENTION ANALYST

A bit about the role…

We are actively looking for a Loss Prevention Analyst to help us establish productive and trusted relationships with some of North America’s most recognizable brands in the restaurant, retail, and service industries. As an integral part of the Enterprise team, you will help our customers realize the business value from their investment and partnership with Solink through their effective use of the Solink product. As a customer-centric company, the relationships and trust we build between the client and Solink is a critical indicator of success.

You will be expected to be an expert in a quickly evolving product, Solink, to help customers identify areas of profit improvement including loss prevention, business operational efficiencies, brand standard adherence, risk mitigation, and health & safety through the use of video and data.

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have knowledge in loss prevention in various commercial business environments working in a loss prevention position or similar.
• You have excellent communication in English (written, read, spoken).
• You are well-organized, documentation-focused, and process-driven.
• You can work within the given timelines of customers and your manager.
• You can detect and see patterns in data & numbers.
• You love the feeling of helping people and receive a sense of accomplishment helping people!
• You are a detective at heart and like to solve problems!
• You are comfortable presenting your findings to customers.
• You are comfortable with viewing and analyzing large amounts of video. 
• You have an understanding of SaaS technology and a willingness to become an expert on our product to help drive customer adoption.
• You have a proven ability to take complete ownership of problems from identification through to resolution.
• You are proactive and sensitive to customer needs.
• Collaborative and team-focused: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing team needs.

• Are bilingual in Spanish.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must undergo a criminal records check upon hire;
• Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada/USA;
• Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• You will be assigned a portfolio of clients to conduct audits, using the Solink platform, looking for potential problems and opportunities within their business.
• You will use data and video to create audit reports, ensuring the information can be understood by our customers.
• Use your expertise in loss prevention to identify anomalies and other unusual business activity.
• Work with internal stakeholders (LP Analysts, Sales Engineers, and the Data team) to find solutions for customers.
• Document all findings in an organized fashion.
• Deliver results back to the end customer as needed.
• Work with customers and some of North America's most well-known brands to ensure corporate compliance.
