In addition, Fraud Program Supervisor analyzes current processes and procedures and makes recommendations to promote more effective operations. Provides training and guidance to new employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Fraud Program Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Under the supervision of the Risk & Safety Manager, provide ongoing training and support of Loss Prevention (LP) and asset protection policies and procedures while managing, maintaining, and implementing loss prevention programs and security controls that eliminate risk and loss.
