The Fraud Program Supervisor leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to identify and prevent future fraud. Being a Fraud Program Supervisor researches, documents, and implements best practices in the fraud prevention industry. Regularly reviews the team's work product and makes recommendations as needed. In addition, Fraud Program Supervisor analyzes current processes and procedures and makes recommendations to promote more effective operations. Provides training and guidance to new employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Fraud Program Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Working as a Fraud Program Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Assistant at Roller Weight Loss & Advanced Surgery in Fayetteville, AR. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for financial statements, using accounting software, maintaining accounting records, assisting with finance tasks, and bookkeeping.
Qualifications
- Financial Statements and Bookkeeping skills
- Experience with Accounting Software
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Sharepoint and Teams
- Familiar with inventory accounting
- Ability to work effectively in a team
