The Fraud Program Supervisor leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to identify and prevent future fraud. Being a Fraud Program Supervisor researches, documents, and implements best practices in the fraud prevention industry. Regularly reviews the team's work product and makes recommendations as needed. In addition, Fraud Program Supervisor analyzes current processes and procedures and makes recommendations to promote more effective operations. Provides training and guidance to new employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Fraud Program Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Working as a Fraud Program Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Description:
- Identify and apprehend shoplifters thru floor patrol and through the use of Closed Circuit TV
- Report writing
- Interacting with local law enforcement agencies as needed
- Provide court room testimony as required
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
Full-time / 40 hours per week
$21.00 per hour

Job Requirement:
- Pre-Employment criminal background and drug screen
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours at a time
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means
- Ability to write legible, accurate and easily understood reports
- Must be assertive, yet controlled in dealing with confrontation
- Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision
- Attendance for scheduled shifts. Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated
- Previous loss prevention experience a plus, but not a requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Criminal Justice or related studies a plus
