ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS · Patrol property to ensure the safety of guests and associates and to protect all property assets. Answer house calls, assist guests and associates with respect to safety, security and property operations. Initiate and follow-up all investigations of crimes committed against property and persons. Assist sick and injured guests and associates, ensuring documentation and disposition of reports. · Initiate investigations, write incident and accident reports, monitor investigations to their timely conclusion and ensure appropriate follow-up with guests, visitors and associates, documenting all contacts. · Maintain accurate records while performing basic office duties including, but not limited to, camera monitoring, shift activity log, codebook, and associate and guest binder interaction. · Ensure that any undesirable persons are effectively handled without interrupting the orderly flow of property operations. · Other duties as assigned by management. Follow all Security Department standards including being relieved by the following shift officer(s) before clocking out.
