The Fraud Program Supervisor leads cross-functional initiatives to proactively detect and prevent fraud from occurring. Supervises fraud detection associates in their effort to identify and prevent future fraud. Being a Fraud Program Supervisor researches, documents, and implements best practices in the fraud prevention industry. Regularly reviews the team's work product and makes recommendations as needed. In addition, Fraud Program Supervisor analyzes current processes and procedures and makes recommendations to promote more effective operations. Provides training and guidance to new employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Fraud Program Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Working as a Fraud Program Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Security Site Manager
The Security Site Manager must be able to manage all aspects of the security and loss prevention program at a retail sites. The Security Site Manager will ensure all scheduled posts are filled with qualified, talented loss prevention officers. This position will interface with site facility management, loss prevention leadership, management, Recruiter(s), Scheduling Staff, and support staff. The Security Site Manager will also ensure that qualified candidates are continuously recruited and interviewed, creating a pipeline of qualified staff for assignment.
The Security Site Manager must maintain an “ownership mentality” as you are essentially managing a service operation for our highly regarded client.
