Machine Operator Highlights :

Competitive starting pay rate between 17.00-18.25 / hr (pay may vary based on shift and experience)

Raises available during the 1st 90 days, based on performance

Weekly Production incentive bonuses for meeting production goals

Contract-to-Hire at 90 days

Excellent benefits available on day 1 of permanent hire

Machine Operator Responsibilities :

Operate various machines in a production environment

Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment

Inspect quality of products / parts; notify supervisors of non-conformance issues

Meet production demands with regards to production volume and quality goals

Machine Operator Requirements :

Recent job-related experience in a manufacturing / industrial setting preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills

Stable work history

Flexibility in working hours including ability to work 12 hour shifts, overtime, and weekends

Must be willing to submit to a drug test and background check
