    Extract is seeking experienced Dismantle Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience in material handling and some mechanical experience.
    Essential Duties/Responsibilities/Expectations:
    • Unloads and inventory used equipment as it arrives
    • Dismantles ESP pumps, seal sections, gas separators and motors
    • Preps incoming non-inventory reclaim components, shafts, and housings for inspection
    • Details of the parts as required such as blasting, cleaning, polishing and pre inspection to make sure parts are ready for final inspection
    • Trains in final inspection
    • Operates a forklift
    • Documents dismantled equipment and reclaimed parts
    • Keeps the shop clean and organized
    • Performs other duties as assigned 



    Qualifications/Requirements:
    • Previous experience in the industry preferred, but not required
    • Good listening skills and a passion to learn
    • High work ethic, dependability, and detail-oriented
    • Strong communication skills
    • Must be a team player

    Physical Requirements:
     
    • Prolonged periods standing and walking 
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time 

    Education/Certification/Years of Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required 
    • Related experience preferred 
    • On-the-job training offered

    Self-starter with a strong work ethic, team player, good communication skills, dependable, attention to detail, good prioritization skills, thoroughness of paperwork, desire to learn and grow, desire to win

    Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
    • Standard hours Monday through Friday typically apply
    • Ability to work weekend and into evening hours may be required at times

    • Optimization: We provide advanced production modeling, sizing and optimization services that improve well returns through higher production rates, greater equipment up-time and reliability, and better overall system efficiency.
    • Service: Our highly trained and uniquely experienced personnel are experts in downhole unit installation and pulling, cable spooling and banding, ESP system start-up and the overall operational system configuration and any troubleshooting need.
