Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our production team to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge and excellent organizational skills.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the production floor
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products
- Monitor production schedules to meet deadlines
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to maintain high performance levels
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to resolve any production issues
- Determine need for shop supplies and tooling
-Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs
- Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
Skills:

Candidates must have 10 Years of machining with an extensive knowledge of G-Code and conversational programming by both manual & CAD
