Develops and Fabricates parts, fixtures, and assemblies using metal forming, machining and joining equipment

Possess listening/Learning skills

Good Communication skills for your development and company enhancement

Basic machining Equipment Knowledge/operation (I.E. Lathe, Mill, Bandsaw..etc)

Basic Fabrication Knowledge/operation (I.E. Shear, press..etc)

Assist in development of new products, components

Designs, Fabricates, Builds, Assembles, Verifies and Maintains set-up of test fixture

Works with Engineers to develop products, test methods, fixtures which meet customer and Hi-Lex requirements

Improve processes to manufacture components for product build and test fixtures

Performs dimensional inspections and material inspections as needed

Assembles prototype products which meet customer specifications and delivery requirements

Promotes an associate relations environment that is consistent with long term management objectives

terOffice environment with noise from computer peripherals such as mainframe, disk drives and prins

Factory environment with noise from manufacturing equipment

Periodic travel by air, car or train to other company operations, customers and/or suppliers

Possible serious injury due to carelessness around equipment in a production, lab or office setting

Requires frequent head, neck movement and frequent arm and above the shoulder work

Lift, carry or move objects up to 50 lbs
