Our rapidly growing cleaning company is looking for a cleaner that can handle some very dirty work. Work will mostly consist of cleaning empty apartments. We mainly focus on cleaning apartments for turn season. We will soon expand to cleaning office spaces, more homes, and etc. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a welcome environment through good hygiene. We're looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed clients expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed. ****Must have own transportation.

• Clean very dirty empty apartments
• Must be able to carry and lift 25 to 50lb bags of trash if need be.
• Stand for long period of times
• Cooperate with rest of staff
• Follow all health and Safety regulations
• Follow direction from management
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
• Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request
• Notify management of any repairs
• Ability to handle heavy duty equipment and machinery in cleaning
• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull, and lift repetitively during working hours
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with others
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
• Willing to work Weekends when needed
• Able to work alone
• WORK HOURS 9AM-5PM (SOMETIMES LATER)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
