    Job Description:

    • Taking accurate meeting minutes and transcribing them.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
    • Previous work control experience and/or experience working with Computerized Maintenance systems.
    • Experience in the use of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management, Job Control System or other CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) systems.
    • Gathering, sorting, copying, scanning, and filing
    • Closeout of work documents and Post Work reviews.

     

     Required Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • Three years of experience in providing administrative support.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience with Hanford Software Systems.
