Reports directly to Manager of the HR/Administration Department. The primary duty of this position is to handle all activities in the Outgoing Mail Room (sorting, binning, packaging and processing) in addition to assisting on other various projects as needed.
Job Duties: ·
Sort/Bin/Package/Prepare and Process Mail.
Ensure appropriate stationary levels and supplies for processing mail are maintained in house.
Scan and/or Image documents (as needed).
Assist with other various office projects, including but not limited to, data entry.
Skills Required:
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Good data entry skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience using Microsoft Excel
Good communication skills
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
