Mail Clerk, Sr. jobs in Canton, OH

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure that all parts are sorted, tracked, stored, and distributed properly and to maintain accurate inventory of all items.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter parts into company's maintenance tracking system
• Complete shipping/receiving transactions
• Properly manage trace documentation and certificates
• Issue parts
• Perform cycle counts of parts and supplies
• Sort and store parts in their designated locations
• Load/unload materials, parts, and packages from delivery vehicles
• Operate heavy equipment such as a forklift
• Complete other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Desire to grow, learn, and work in a team environment
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Computer skills; experience with Microsoft 360
• High school diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Previous inventory or related work experience preferred, including experience with dedicated inventory tracking software
