Mail Clerk, Sr. receives, sorts and distributes incoming mail. Collects and processes outgoing mail. Being a Mail Clerk, Sr. operates postage machine and other mailroom equipment as needed. May supervise and guide work of lower level mail clerks. Additionally, Mail Clerk, Sr. typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a Mailroom Supervisor. About The Role
Effective operation and maintenance of mail systems. Process statements and notices following documented quality control procedures resulting in high quality and accurate statement and notice processing.
Transport all mail to the Post Office at least once a day driving company vehicle, lifting 50 to 100 pounds of envelopes and paper boxes frequently.
Work involves minimal contacts, usually within the organization. Contact usually involving routine, non-sensitive issues within the department.
This is a Corporate position located in Helena, MT. The mid rate pay for this position is $16.36 per hour (calculated for Helena, MT).
All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.
