This is an onsite position at our Long Beach, CA facility located at 200 Oceangate, Suite 262

THIS IS A POSSIBLE TEMP ASSIGNMENT FOR UP TO 8 WEEKS.

START TIME; 7:30am

PAY IS $17.50 AN HOUR

Candidate must be able to work in a volume driven, fast paced, environment. It is necessary to complete tasks in accordance with client guidelines and in a quick and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The principal duties include, but are not limited to:

• Acquire and open the mail
• Identify and separate mail according guidelines
• Dispose of PHI material in approved HIPAA bins
• Excellent attention to detail
• Work without constant supervision
• Able to manage multiple tasks
• Maintain a high standard of quality
• Comply will attendance and punctuality policy
• Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment
• Good organizational skill
• Shift between 7:00am to 5pm (*or until clean of desk)
• Monday thru Friday
• 40 hour work week
• Must be able to work flexible work hours
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be flexible to work each day until all mail is processed
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 per hour
