Mailroom (Associate Customer Service Associate)

Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm
We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join CSC in our Wilmington, DE office. A Customer Service Associate at CSC works behind the scenes to help our clients to stay in legal compliance by assisting with electronic filings, updating customer records, researching jurisdictional requirements and retrieving documents.
The Compliance Mail Team is responsible for receiving and forwarding compliance mail for our customers. We also are responsible for updating addresses for returned mail and keeping an accurate history of mail sent to our customers. In addition, we maintain multiple email boxes to ensure accurate and timely delivery of notifications sent to our customers.
