Essential Functions Statement(s)Reviews and inspects the work performed by the maintenance team, Lead and reports to direct managerAssists in the formal and on the job training and instruction of maintenance technicians regarding proper PM maintenance methods and proceduresComply with all safety regulations and standards and maintain clean and orderly work areasComply with OSHA Safety and Health rules, Maintenance Standards Manual, Common Areas Manual, In-suite Standards, federal / state, local codeReviews and inspects the work performed by the maintenance team and reports to direct managerCoordinates along with direct manager the work schedules for team membersSupervises the maintenance and repair of the resorts units and common areaAssist and performs carpentry, electrical and plumbing duties as requiredSupervises and performs major PM maintenance and repairs and assures compliance to all building codesAssists in the maintaining of safe and proper working equipment (Pool, HVAC, Heating, Lighting and Electrical)Assists in the requisitions and maintains maintenance supplies and equipment in an orderly mannerGenerates reports regarding the resorts general / PM schedule and progressMaintains inventory of assigned tools and equipmentComplete summary schedules of work performedWill conduct pre-screening of candidates for the departmentPerforms weekly building / resort inspectionsPerform all other duties as assigned or needed
Requirements
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience : 3 years supervisory experience in timeshare / Hotel / Resort
Computer Skills : Must have knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook#J-18808-Ljbffr
