Duties

• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in-person to provide information and resolve inquiries.
• Type accurately and efficiently to document customer interactions and maintain records.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
• Handle cash transactions with precision and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients, ensuring high-quality client services.
• Utilize office software and tools to manage customer information and improve service delivery.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred but not required.
• Strong typing skills with proficiency in using computers for data entry and communication.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in sales or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
