Responsibilities:
- Operate a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase awareness of No Worries Care in the local healthcare community
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral
- Collaborate with the client care team to convert prospects into clients
- Contact paid client leads and respond to client intake calls
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and other outreach activities
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales and marketing
Requirements:
- Strong communication, organization, time management skills
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- At one year least of sales and marketing experience
- Prior sales or marketing experience in the healthcare industry preferred
