We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Concrete Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. · Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
· Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.
· Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and schedules are maintained.
· Procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
· Monitor and track project progress, expenses, and performance against established benchmarks, and implement corrective actions as required to keep projects on track.
· Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
· Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, change orders, RFIs, and other relevant paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
· Lead and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success.
· Resolve conflicts, disputes, and issues that arise during the construction process, fostering positive working relationships among all parties involved.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and value engineering initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and standards governing construction activities.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field; or relevant experience
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
· Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices across various project types (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial).
· Proficiency in project management software tools, scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project), and Microsoft Office Suite.
