Program Analyst (Program Integrator)

  • Duties

    • Assesses contractor performance, predicts future performance, and makes actionable recommendations related to future programmatic efforts.
    • Requires frequent contact with the Program Manager (PM) or equivalent, and technical staff, in order to resolve unprecedented and potentially controversial issues.
    • Leads the evaluation and reporting of program cost, schedule, and technical performance to include prediction of future program performance.
    • Assures that relevant programmatic information is shared, coordinated and communicated in a timely fashion amongst various functional experts, other stakeholders, and DCMA leadership.
    • Assures the expectations outlined in the program contract are fulfilled.
    • Suggests alternative course(s) of action in order to mitigate emerging program risks and leads the development of documented agreements between other affected organizations.

    Qualifications

    To qualify for a Program Analyst (Program Integrator), your resume and supporting documentation must support:

    A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
    • Providing technical advice on contract administration and program management support matters relating to subcontractors/suppliers.
    • Identifying the condition of a program in terms of cost, schedule and technical performance in order to make predictions of future program performance.
    • Assessing program goals, objectives, and accomplishments with a high degree of product knowledge and technical judgment in order to recommend resolution options. To qualify for a Program Analyst (Program Integrator), your resume and supporting documentation must support:
