CDR Maguire Engineering is hiring for an experienced Management Analyst for our Program Management Services group in our Pittsburgh (Warrendale), PA office.
This role will be responsible for administrative and fiscal support for federally funded transportation projects under CDR Maguire's project management contract(s) for local public agencies. The management analyst must be able to multi-task and adhere to complex schedules and deadlines, must be resourceful, organized and a good problem-solver.

Position Duties:
Position is full time working in our engineering office located in Pittsburgh and includes:
• Review of financial invoices submitted by other engineering firms or vendors.
• Process, prepare, and track consultant invoices for transportation projects throughout all phases to be federally reimbursed.
• Monitor and track budgets for individual transportation projects.
• Utilize Microsoft SharePoint to update project related tasks and track different agreements as projects advance.
• Assist in miscellaneous administrative tasks including scanning, copying, and filing.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings as needed.
• Generate correspondence such as reports, letters, memos, emails, meeting agendas and minutes, and reports when necessary.
• Complete all tasks and assignments with a high degree of excellence while meeting all deadlines and budgets.
· Manage records, correspondence, and communication associated with the development of agreements as well as providing assistance with the development, coordination, analysis, and reviews of documents.
Other Principal Duties:

· Gather, correlate, and analyze facts.
· Prepare reports.
· Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and/or are commensurate with the title and position.
