We are looking for an Engagement Program Manager who will leads efforts to ensure Happy Returns is a top warehouse employer. The Engagement Program Manager is a leader who will lead cross-functional efforts to listen to the needs of our warehouse specialists and implement strategies to communicate and support our specialists as operations scale rapidly. This a unique opportunity to affect the culture at a rapidly growing logistics and technology company. Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Operations, the Engagement Manager will • Oversee warehouse engagement program focused on listening to, communicating with, and supporting our warehouse specialists • Propose and lead new initiatives based on employee and operational needs to keep the engagement program fresh • Define RACI model for program, tracks, and reports on engagement program success • Liaise with HR, warehouse management and senior operations management to monitor engagement program • Partner with senior operations management to understand operational changes impacting our warehouse specialists and defines approach for communicating changes to our specialists • Manage 3 hourly coordinators who support execution of events and other engagement efforts (e.g., monthly warehouse celebrations) • Contribute to an amazing work culture by integrating feedback and ideas from the specialist population and developing systems that inspire great work and collaboration.     Job Description:

    We are looking for someone with:

    • B.S. or B.A. degree
    • 7-10 years’ experience in general management in a fast-moving environment, such as but not limited to: manufacturing lines, product development or call centers
    • Excitement to create a world-leading warehouse experience for our specialists across three warehouses
    • Experience in an ultrafast-scaling organization and/or excitement to be a part of one – we are disrupting a multi-billion-dollar industry and are expecting tremendous growth in the near-term
    • Excitement for working in a start-up environment with high level of ambiguity and change
    • Strong desire for continuous improvement of environment as well as a personal, lifelong learner mentality
    • Proven analytical aptitude and advanced excel skills to aid the development and pursuit of growth-oriented ideas
    • A get things done attitude with the ability to pursue work independently and manage high quality results with little oversight
    • A long-term perspective on career development and desire to grow professionally within the company
    • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
