Summary
The Product Manager will a dynamic and results driven. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the development and launch of innovative products that meet market needs and enhance customer satisfaction. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Duties
- Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive benchmarks.
- Analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and emerging technologies for product strategy.
- Compile and present research finding to key stakeholders to support data driven decision making.
- Gather, clean, and analyze product data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and report to track product metrics. Regularly track competitor activities, product updates, and industry changes.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support product development and strategy.
- Conduct market research to understand customer need, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Analyze market data to support product positioning, pricing strategies, and feature prioritization working with sales, marketing, and development teams.
- Provide competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market growth.
- Evaluate impact of regulatory changes on the business and product offering.
- Research and evaluate potential business partnership and strategic alliances that could enhance product offerings or expand market reach.
- Assist in the development of product roadmaps, including planning for new product launches and end of life cycles.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve our products.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- Proven experience in product research and analyzation or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
