Role Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Project Manager to join Schuetz Property Development. This full-time, hybrid role offers a mix of on-site presence in Wyckoff, NJ, with some flexibility for remote work. The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple construction projects, focusing on project coordination, construction sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project success.
In this role, you will:
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients and owners, ensuring clear communication and client sati
sfaction.• Oversee all trades and on-site activities, including scheduling and resource management.
• Manage project budgets and deliver regular reporting on project milestones, timelines, and financial health.
Key Qualifications
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Strong financial acumen with proven budgeting and cost-control skills.
• Extensive experience in the construction industry, with field experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager working for a general contractor.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Requirements
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transp
ortation.• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites.
