Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties located in Morris, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a thorough understanding of property management practices. Duties

• Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively.
• Implement marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and drive occupancy rates through upselling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance activities using Yardi or similar property management software.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements related to property management.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of properties.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Experience

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and tenant rights.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective tenant interaction.
• Experience with real estate administrative tasks is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is highly desirable.
