Requirements: 

• PharmD (PharmD) from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years of recent hospital practice (Completion of PGY2 or PGY1 with Board Certification will meet experience requirements).

Responsibilities: As the Pharmacy Clinical Program Manager, you will:

• Report to the Director of Pharmacy Services, actively participating in interdisciplinary committees.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy, Joint Commission, FDA, DEA, CMS, etc.
• Design, implement, and manage pharmacy clinical programs, driving formulary management and education initiatives.
• Develop and lead training and mentorship programs for various healthcare professionals.
• Support daily multidisciplinary and bedside rounds, stepping in to lead the department when necessary.
