The Position:

We are looking for a passionate Program Manager for our Memory Care unit ensures the quality of care for all residents. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the MCU and compliance with all community policies and procedures. The Program Manager is responsible for the following duties:

• Develops therapeutic environment for residents with Alzheimer and other forms of Dementia.
• Coordinates staffing and responsibilities to meet the needs of the residence. Assures quality of services through a continuous Quality Assurance and Improvement Program.
• Provides quality care for residents to address medical needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, recreation therapy, psychology or a related field or combination of relevant experience and education.
• Three to Five years experience in health services or recreational program or working with individuals with Dementia, including leading programs, handling complex behavioral issues, and educating staff and families on Alzheimer's or Dementia related topics..
• One-year experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
