    Director, Program Management
    Scope:
    DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
    Manages multiple initiatives and drives teams to ensure successful execution of all projects. Ultimately accountable for successful project execution in the RF&S Business Unit including new business growth.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provides direction, leadership and development for Program Management staff.
    • Executes the overall strategy, product roadmaps, and growth initiatives. Works with Business Development, Engineering and Operation to achieve goals.
    • Establishes the overall customer management strategy. Interfaces with key customer personnel, internal business development, engineering and outside representatives
    • Defines product and program pricing strategies.
    • Sets high-level goals and objectives for the program team and operations.
    • Assists in Strategic and Budget planning.
    Essential Knowledge and Skills:
    • Ability to execute on multiple fronts and drive priority across the organization when applicable.
    • Broad knowledge of Program Management, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Quality and product applications.
    • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and computer skills.
    • Ability to interface with Executive Management and customers.
      • Demonstrated experience in program management including new business growth initiatives.
    Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with an MBA preferred
    • 15 years of engineering and project management experience
    • Customer service orientation
    • Has effective written, oral and presentation skills.
    • PMI Certification preferred
    Export Statement:
    a) Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures at the plant level. c) Provide training, assistance and support to all departments to ensure policy compliance. d) Conduct periodic audits as required. e) Prepare and submit ITAR and EAR license application documentation as required. f) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.
