SUMMARY:
Leads analysis of business needs and labor market developments; oversees development and execution of recruitment and talent acquisition policies. Contributes to growth and profitability goals by delivering high-quality recruitment services. Manages and executes day-to-day operational aspects including oversight and support of Recruiters and the Talent Acquisition delivery. Interacts with business leaders to align recruitment strategy with business strategy, including associated DEI goals. Standardize talent acquisition process to drive obtain optimal results using metrics. Serves as the principal escalation point for all recruitment concerns. Provides leadership through Talent Acquisition throughout the system including Tift Regional, Southwell Medical, Southwell Ambulatory and its affiliates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Strategy
- Hold overall responsibility for the design, development, and implementation of the organization's recruiting strategy, integrating with workforce planning and talent strategy efforts.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Recruiter scorecards for quality metrics of candidates.
Candidate Pipeline
- Implement robust sourcing and talent pipelining strategies through a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes, and tools.
Talent Acquisition Process and Policy Development & Implementation
- Develop and sustain end-to-end TA function.
- Standardize operating procedures for recruiters to maintain consistency.
- Build team and teach skills to recruiters so they can partner with hiring leaders to effectively recruit and hire.
Future Talent Recruitment
- Lead the recruitment of graduates and/or school leavers to create a future talent pipeline; engage with the organization's leaders to clarify future talent needs;
- Identify and build relationships with educational institutions and key career fair organizers; direct the creation of recruitment campaigns.

- Ensures DE&I strategies are incorporated into talent acquisition processes and outcomes
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors of Science in Business or equivalent degree
CREDENTIALS:
- SHRM certification preferred
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Ten (10) years leadership experience with Human Resources, Recruitment and Retention knowledge regarding operational procedures employment practices. Knowledge of quality hiring metrics, scorecards and experience with implementation with end results.
- Previous experience in capturing metrics with scorecards for producing various employment reports.
- Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
- Experience in working with applicant tracking systems
