THE JOB:

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Borgata, you will take the lead in driving our recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values. You will collaborate closely with property leaders to identify talent needs, manage full-cycle recruitment, and provide leadership and guidance to our property recruitment team.

THE DAY TO DAY:

• Develop and implement talent acquisition plans aligned with our vision.

• Mentor your team for peak performance.

• Provide regular reporting to TA Leadership.

• Collaborate with Recruitment Marketing for effective execution.

• Build strong relationships with business leaders.

• Lead operational processes ensuring efficiency and compliance.

• Drive projects and initiatives for continuous improvement.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 5 years in recruitment/staffing with client management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with analytical prowess.

• Problem solver committed to excellence.
