  • Yogi / East West Tea is seeking a talented, experienced, and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. This pivotal role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring diverse top talent.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, with a keen understanding of how to leverage modern and innovative recruitment tools and strategies and develop and implement an employer branding strategy that attracts the best talent in the US, Canadan, Germany, Italy and other European locations.

    The location for the role is flexible, with a preference at our headquarters in Eugene, Oregon or in the pacific northwest.

    WHAT YOU’LL OWN:    

      Recruitment Strategy                                                    

        Develop and implement a global recruiting strategy to attract top talent across various functions and geographies.

        Develop and lead an employer branding strategy to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

     Recruitment Operations                                  

        Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, from job description to posting, screening, scheduling interviews, offering, and pre-boarding.    

        Own recruitment on social media platforms and other digital channels to drive recruitment efforts and engage with potential candidates.

        Analyze recruitment data and metrics to continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and outcomes.

        Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition and builds strategies that enables Yogi to adapt and respond as necessary to acquire top talent. 

     Relationship Management

        Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to effectively understand their talent needs, priorities, and business objectives.

        Proactively source candidates, build and manage networks, and develop a pipeline of strong talent.

        Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in employer branding messaging across all channels.

        Develops strong partnership with local colleges and universities and attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.

        Stays connected to Yogi’s lost talent.                                    

    WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED: 

        Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience, required. Master's degree preferred.

        Proven experience as a recruiting manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully recruiting top talent on a global scale.

        At least 5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.

        Years of experience in recruiting in a manufacturing environment, preferred.   

        SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, a plus.

        Expertise in Gallup’s StrengthsFinder, ideal.

        An understanding of strengths-based hiring strategies.

        Expertise in employer branding strategy development and execution.

        Demonstrated proficiency in social media recruitment techniques and platforms.

        Experience working in a multinational company or recruiting for diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus.

        Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

        Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.

        Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software (ATS) or other recruitment systems.
