Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to create and lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role will be instrumental in building out and driving the success of our recruiting function, ensuring a seamless process from interview to onboarding, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. The ideal candidate will possess solid recruiting experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from interview scheduling to onboarding, including oversight of the background check process to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership and business leaders across the organization to establish clear structures and transparency within the recruiting function, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive job board strategy, ensuring consistency and optimization across various platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruiting process, implement strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce, and ensure equitable hiring practices.
- Lead the development and execution of internship and apprenticeship programs, partnering with educational institutions and internal stakeholders to identify talent pipelines and provide meaningful learning experiences for participants.
- Implement and maintain robust metrics and dashboards to track recruiting performance, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and diversity metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Talent Acquisition function by creating process documentation, generating insightful reports, and conducting data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Drive continuous improvement of our Applicant Tracking System and sourcing tools, optimizing pipeline stages, streamlining archive processes, enhancing feedback mechanisms, and refining job listings to enhance the candidate experience and increase efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and demonstrated experience implementing diversity initiatives within the recruiting process.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, with the ability to drive system enhancements and improvements. Experience managing and building out applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, with the ability to drive system enhancements and improvements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
